- Cancellation by Holidays Tours LLC: If the tour is canceled by Holidays Tours LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made, or a full refund will be issued.
- Travel Insurance: It’s strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, which includes cancellation coverage. Travel insurance must be purchased separately and is not included in the tour package.
- Force Majeure: If unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health crises) impact the travel plan, Holidays Tours LLC will work with customers to provide the best possible solution. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Visa and Residence Permits: Must be valid on the day of entry into Georgia.
- E-Visa: If not a GCC resident, an E-Visa is required (only applicable for Indian nationals).
